Hi Goose,

Awesome little prototype you have here, great job on putting it together. I only gave 3 stars because it is just a prototype. So much potential to make this really fun. The coins you collect could be used to purchase new skins or maybe different backgrounds? I know it is just placeholder art at the moment but it is functional and gets the job done. Would be cool to see this become more space themed. Power-ups or something could make things more interesting and vary the gameplay a bit.

All in all a great base for what could be a really good game, well done.

Hey! Really enjoyed the prototype—great job so far! I have a few suggestions you might find interesting:

  • It would be awesome to integrate the background from the game’s page into the game itself since it looks really good. Adding a parallax effect and some particle elements could also give it more depth and atmosphere.
  • For the obstacles, perhaps you could replace them with meteorites and include animations like spinning or rotating to make the gameplay feel more dynamic and engaging.
  • Consider changing the coins to something more survival-based, like oxygen levels, so players are forced to collect them to avoid dying. You could also use fuel as an alternative resource to add a sense of urgency.
  • Lastly, adding some levels would enhance the progression and give the game a more structured feel

I agree with everything. It's a fun game. It's also a good idea to place the "UP" button in a corner and leave it semi-transparent so as not to obstruct the player's view.

A little more strength in the "jump" is also welcome.

Fixed some issues with screen size. Should work on any screen now.
